This tool provides interactive assessment tool to assess the Workforce Impact of Digitalisation. It is based on 40 identified people-led digitalisation metrics derived from extensive research of academic literature and industry expert interviews, covering 22 UK manufacturing industry sub-sectors.
Workforce Impact Assessment
Use this section to assess people-led digitalisation in your organisation using 40 workforce-focused metrics. For any metric you choose to assess, provide your own ratings for usefulness and ease of measurement (both on a 1–5 scale). You can complete as many or as few metrics as you want. When you click Assess Workforce Impact, the tool will generate bar charts for each category you have completed, showing your usefulness and ease scores for the selected metrics.
